Border collie total hip replacement review approximately one and a half years after surgery

A Border Collie, named Didi, 25 Kg,
underwent hip replacement surgery for a traumatic dislocation of the left hip
in October 2021. The surgery was performed using BlueSAO Universal Hip
Replacement System. Intraoperative implants: 24 mm biological cup, #5
biological femoral stem, 16 mm (+3) femoral head.
At the follow-up examination in
March 2023, the affected limb was functioning well, with muscle fullness,
stable prosthesis and good growth.
