The grand event concluded successfully! Warm congratulations on the successful holding of the 6th BlueSAO International Veterinary Orthopedi

2025-12-11 19

The 6th BlueSAO International Veterinary Orthopedics Conference has entered its second day. Although it officially started at 8 a.m., it still hasn't dampened the doctors' enthusiasm for learning. Knowledge has no limits, and passion never stops! Today's sessions are equally exciting and diverse, so let's look forward to them! In the first session this morning, we were honored to have Dr. Du Lang from Kunming, China—one of the early users of Bailu arthroscopy. As one of the 'first to take the plunge,' Dr. Du will lead us in exploring a new chapter in the clinical application of arthroscopy! He not only experienced the convenience brought by arthroscopy technology early on but will also share practical insights on 'the earlier you use it, the sooner you benefit.' The first half of the sessions was truly wonderful. At the same time, two international arthroscopy masters—Dr. Brian Beale from the United States and Dr. Tetsuaki Koreeda from Japan—also shared their clinical applications of arthroscopic examinations. It is worth mentioning that among the new products launched by Bailu in 2024 are also arthroscopy devices. These continuously updated products provide veterinarians with more convenient diagnostic and treatment tools. They are not only highly favored by domestic veterinarians but have also gained recognition and admiration from overseas veterinarians at international conferences!

This morning's class focused closely on the hind limb issues of our furry friends, packed with valuable content! Multiple international lecturers took the stage in turn, presenting clinical insights that combined local practice with an international perspective, and the atmosphere was consistently filled with enthusiastic learning. One of the most exciting parts of the course was the interactive Q&A sessions after each lecture. Attending doctors actively sought guidance on challenges encountered in clinical practice, and the lecturers provided immediate feedback based on their profound knowledge. Through this exchange of questions and answers, the absorption of knowledge became deeper, and the learning enthusiasm on site reached a new peak.

During the break, the BlueSAO booth remained extremely popular, with a constant stream of visitors and a lively atmosphere. Many attendees stopped by, showing strong interest in the innovative products on display. Some carefully observed the details, while others engaged in in-depth discussions with the staff or negotiated collaborations. The frequent interactions on-site fully demonstrated the industry's high level of attention to BlueSAO's products and technology.

The afternoon sessions continued with exciting content. The first half focused on the topic of the 'spine,' featuring a cutting-edge presentation by the renowned Japanese neurologist Dr. Hiroaki Kamishina, titled 'Multiaxial Screw-Rod Systems: How This Technology Is Reshaping Animal Spinal Surgery.' Dr. Kamishina shared numerous clinical cases from his own practice, providing an in-depth look at various methods for correcting spinal deformities with rods and screws, as well as their postoperative outcomes. The content was detailed and thought-provoking. Building on a clear overall framework, multiple speakers further shared typical cases of spinal surgery from multiple perspectives. Notably, Dr. Li Dapeng from China used 'Surgery for Atlantoaxial Luxation in Five Toy Dogs' as a starting point for a detailed case-by-case analysis, demonstrating problem-oriented solutions in clinical practice.

Following this, several experts engaged with attendees in discussions on common issues in vertebral fracture surgery—how to choose different surgical approaches, and how to handle complex cases. Through meticulous preoperative planning and skilled fixation techniques, complex cases were gradually clarified during the discussions, providing attendees with multi-layered, practical clinical insights.

The last session of this Annual Conference — "Review of Basic Orthopedic Cases" — was a brilliant showcase. Four renowned domestic orthopedic experts took the stage in turn, delivering in-depth reviews and analyses of various fracture types.
Dr. Luo Yusheng from Guangzhou presented "Highly Challenging Fracture Revision", featuring what could be called "hell-level" surgical cases that gave attendees much food for thought. His colleague from the same hospital, Dr. Li Wanfang, combined arthroscopic techniques to conduct an in-depth interpretation of "Anterior Cruciate Ligament Rupture and Revision in Cats". A trailblazer in her field, Dr. Li is also the only female lecturer on Biovet’s domestic instructor team — truly the team’s beloved star!
In addition, Dr. Zhou Wenqiang and Dr. Li Bo from Sichuan shared detailed insights on "Clinical Solutions for Radial Fractures", with content that was solid, pragmatic and closely aligned with clinical practice.
The venue remained packed to capacity throughout the session, and the participants stayed highly engaged, embodying the proactive spirit of "Never stop learning, never stop progressing". Kudos to every dedicated attendee!
