A Bichon Frise, 5 years old, female, 16kg, suffered from bilateral hip dysplasia＋patellar luxation of grade 3. We decided to adopt repair surgery of patellar luxation＋Total hip replacement（THR）. We used BlueSAO Micro and Nano THR systemwith 2# stem, φ14mm cup，φ8mm（+0）head. The surgery was completed successfully. Hope the guy recovery soon！
