A Siamese, 2 years old, female, 3.1kg.The pet owner said that the cat first came home from adoption, and she walked strangely. The pet owner could see a strange bone piercing the skin on the thigh. The DR images showed an old fracture of the distal femur of the right hind limb, and malunion had occurred. The abnormally proliferated soft tissues were separated surgically, the original deformed healing site was cut off, the callus was removed, and then the BlueSAO PRCL locking platewas used for reduction. At the same time, it was found that a large number of callus had wrapped the original trochlear groove, so it was decided to use the BlueSAO PGR-2# prosthesis for trochlear groove replacement.
