A Samoyed, 7 years old, female, 22 kg. A recent physical examination revealed severe hyperplasia of the right hip joint, irregular femoral head shape, arthritis, and unabletobearweightwhenwalking. We did a THR surgery by usingφ20mm biological cup,13mm (+3) femoral head and #5biological stem of BlueSAO Universal Hip system. Shewas able to walk on the ground soon after the surgery. Looking forward to a speedy recovery.
