A Pomeranian, 7 years old, male, 6Kg. He suffered from medial patellar luxation. The X-rays showed that the torsion angleof tibia wassmall. The cartilage damage and inflammation were found during the surgery. Therefore, it was decided to perform patellargroove replacement surgery. During the surgery, the PGR-2# prosthesisof BlueSAO PGR systemwas used for replacement surgery. The surgerywas successful and weight-bearing walking was allowed24 hourslater. Looking forward to a speedy recovery.
