A west highland white terrier, 7 years old, male, 13.6Kg. The dog suddenly limps. Compression position X-rays revealed cranial tibial displacementandkneedislocation. Itwasdiagnosed as rupture of the cranial cruciate ligament. TPA is 33 degrees, and iBlueVet software is used for precise surgical planning before surgery. A 15# saw blade was used during the surgery. The TPLO-6.5mm R pure titanium locking bone plate ofBlueSAO was used for internal fixation, and the affected limb could walk on the 2nd day after the surgery.
