A Pomeranian, 3 years and 8 months old, female, 4.9kg, suffered from bilateral medialpatellar luxation, of which the left side was a grade 4 patellar luxation. We did a PGR surgery and TTT surgery for her by using BlueSAO PGR system. IBlueVet, a veterinary orthopedic planning software, was used for surgical design before surgery. The BlueSAO PGR-2 prosthesis was used during the surgery. The surgery was successful and we wish her a speedy recovery.
