THR surgical treatment of three-year-old Pomeranian with bilateral hip dysplasia
Breed: Pomeranian, name: Tuanzi, age: 3 years old,
sex: male, weight: 3Kg.
The dog had bilateral
hip dysplasia. The pet owner decided on the better of the treatment options, total hip
replacement. We use BlueSAO cemented Micro&Nano Hip System for replacement. A 10mm acetabular
cup, #1 stem + 6mm (+0) femoral head integrated prosthesis was used during the surgery.
The surgery was successfully completed and the recovery is
good.
