A Pomeranian, 4 years old, male, weight: 3 Kg.Clinical examination revealed bilateral medial patellar luxation. MPL-L3 R2, significant arthritis of the left knee, muscle group atrophy and bilateral leg flexion. Preoperatively, precise surgical planning was performed using BlueSAO iBlueVet software. Intraoperatively, the left side was treated with TTT+PGR technique for repair. The right side was treated with the technique of trochlear deepening + TTT. The bilateral surgery was completed in a total of 57 minutes. We look forward to a speedy recovery.
