20240124- [Rupture of Cranial Cruciate Ligament] A Bichon Frise, Fixed with TPLO-S System Successfully

A Bichon Frise, 6 years old, male, 6kg, suffered from the rupture of cranial cruciate ligament. It was therefore decided to perform a TPLO surgical treatment. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet to determine the TPA angle to be 30°, and we performed a TPLO surgery by using a 12 # saw blade for osteotomy with a rotating movement of 6.4mm, and fixing it with BlueSAO TPLO-5.5mm L-type pure titanium locking plate. His cranial cruciate ligament achieved good reduction. Best wishes for an early recovery.
