20240129- [Rupture of Cranial Cruciate Ligament + Patellar Luxation] A Pomeranian Dog, Fixed with TPLO-Mini System Successfully

A Pomeranian dog, 3 years old, female, 2.7kg,suffered from Grade IV patellar luxation. As such ,we decided to perform a treatment protocol of TPLO surgery + patellar groove deepening + quadriceps femoris release + medial ligamentolysis. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet, and we performed the TPLO surgery by using a 10 # saw blade for osteotomy with a moving degree of 20 and a straight line distance of 3.5 mm, and fixing it with BlueSAO TPLO-mini-4 mm L-type pure titanium locking plate. Her cranial cruciate ligament and patella achieved good reduction. Best wishes for an early recovery.
