20240827- [Rupture of Cranial Cruciate Ligament] A Bichon Frise, Fixed with TPLO-S System Successfully

A bichon frise, 5.5 years old, female, 8.2kg, presentedfrom a sudden lameness in the right hind limb about a month ago. Clinical examination revealed lameness in the right hind limb, and an anterior drawer test was performed with positive results, which was diagnosed as the rupture of cranial cruciate ligament. As such, we decided to perform a TPLO surgery. The dog’s ligament was internally fixed with BlueSAO TPLO-5.5mm R-type pure titanium locking plate. The surgery was completed successfully.
