20241023- [Rupture of Cranial Cruciate Ligament] A Bichon Frise, Fixed with TPLO-S System Successfully

A bichon frise, 12years old, male, 6kg,was found to be lameness and unable to land on his right hind limb suddenly at home, and was brought to the hospital. X-rays were taken to confirm the diagnosis of a rupture of cranial cruciate ligament. As such, we decided to perform a TPLO surgery. Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. The dog was fixed with BlueSAO TPLO-5.5mm R-type pure titanium locking plate for internal fixation. The dog resumed walking three days after surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.
