20241220- [Closed Comminuted Fracture of the Distal Humerus] A Purebred Greyhound, Fixed with PRCL-M&L System for Internal Fixation Successfully

A purebred greyhound, 3 years old, male, 33kg, suffered from closed comminuted fracture of the distal humerus with lateral displacement of the distal bone fragment due to an injury during the race. As such, we decided to perform internal fixation. We used BlueSAO PRCL® pure titanium antibacterial plate for dual plate internal fixation and fixed the fracture site with cortical positioning screws. The surgery was completed successfully.
