20250107- [Transverse Fracture of Middle Femur] A British Shorthair Cat, Fixed with PRCL-S System for Internal Fixation Successfully

A British shorthair cat, 7 months old, female, 2.3kg,suffered from a transverse fracture of middle femur of the left forelimb as a result of a fall from a height at home. As such, we decided to perform an internal fixation surgery by using BlueSAO PRCL®-6.5mm pure titanium locking plate. The surgery was completed successfully. The cat's fracture healed well after three months and the implant was removed. Best wishes for an early recovery.
