Case 314: A Clinical Case Sharing of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement System on the Other Hip of a Bichon Frise — Dr. Guan Narisu from Shanghai Shengtai Pet Hospital

A bichon frise, 10 months old, male, 3kg,suffered from hip dysplasia, joint laxity and arthritis. As such, we performed a right hip replacement surgery on this dog one and a half months ago. So, this time, a left hip replacement surgery was decided to perform on this dog. Intraoperatively, we also adopted BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement System for replacement. A 13mm PEEK cemented acetabular cup, a 10mm+2 femoral head, and a #1.5 cemented femoral stem were used as implants. The surgery was completed successfully. Best wishes for an early recovery.
