Case 323: A Clinical Case Sharing of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement System in a Maine Coon Cat by Dr. Luo Yusheng from Guangzhou YY Veterinary Hospital

A maine coon cat, 10 months old, male (neutered), 6.4kg,suffered from sudden onset of severe right hind limb lameness with pain. Examination revealed a right femoral neck fracture. As such, we decided to perform a hip replacement. Intraoperatively, we adopted a φ13mm PEEK cemented acetabular cup, a φ10mm+0 femoral head, and a #4 stem of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement System for replacement. The surgery was completed successfully, and the cat resumed normal activities two months postoperatively. It's really great.
