The patient sought medical attention due to limping in the right hind limb, presenting with suspended limping and inability to bear weight. The drawer test of the right hind limb knee joint was positive, but no abnormalities were found in the patella, hip joint or other joints. During the operation, a new arthroscopydevice from BlueSAOwas used for further examination. It was ultimately confirmed that the anterior cruciate ligament of the right hind limb knee joint was ruptured, and it was decided to undergo TPLO surgery for treatment.
During the operation, the BlueSAO TPLO-5.5mm R pure titanium locking bone plate was selected for internal fixation. The operation was successfully completed and the postoperative recovery is good. Hope to recover soon!
Thank you very much to Dr. Du Lang from Kunming Hengjia Pet Hospital for sharing the clinical case of BlueSAO arthroscopy!
When confronted with the challenge of diagnosing difficult-to-identify lameness, BlueSAOArthroscopy breaks the diagnostic deadlock. Serving as a "third insightful eye" in clinical diagnosis and treatment, it employs minimally invasive exploration to delve into the subtle areas of joints, accurately capturing clues of pathology and clearing the fog for scientific medical decision-making.
