A car accident led to a comminuted fracture of the tibia. After intravenous infusion, surgical internal fixation was performed. It has now been decided to carry out the internal fixation surgery for treatment. The parents were worried that touching the growth plate might have an impact, so they decided to use tension screws to reset and double plate fixation to avoid the growth plate.
