Border Collie, nickname: April, 2 years old, male (unneutered), weighing 16Kg.

After being hit by a car, the patient suffered from limping in the left forelimb. A fracture of the radius in the left forelimb was diagnosed, and it has now been decided to undergo internal fixation surgery for treatment.
