The right hind limb is lame, the drawer test is positive, the tibial compression test is positive, DR: knee joint compression, tibial anterior tilt. It is confirmed that the anterior cruciate ligament of the right hind limb is ruptured, and TPLO surgery is decided for treatment. Before the operation, precise surgical planning was carried out using the BlueSAOiBlueVet software. The preoperative TPA Angle was 24°. During the operation, 24 mm saw blade was used, with a movement distance of 8mm. Internal fixation was performed using the BlueSAO TPLO-10.5mm R pure titanium locking bone plate.
