20260115- [Anterior cruciate Ligament Rupture] Labrador Retrievers successfully underwent TPLO-L system fixation surgery

·Labrador Retriever, 6 years old, female (neutered), weighing 37.8Kg. The left hind limb suddenly limped while going upstairs. It was unable to bear weight for three days. The drawer test was positive. DR: Anterior tibial tilt, increased density in the knee joint. The diagnosis was anterior cruciate ligament rupture of the left hind limb. It was decided to undergo TPLO surgery for treatment. Before the operation, precise surgical planning was carried out using the Bailu iBlueVet software. The preoperative TPA Angle was 26°, a 24 mm saw blade was applied, the movement distance was 9 mm, and the internal fixation was performed using the BlueSAO TPLO-10.5 mm L pure titanium locking bone plate.
