Dr. Li Wei from Ruipai Yijia Hospital in Kunming - Case sharing of BlueSAO-3D printed artificial synthetic bone particles for the repair of a complex and old fracture of the humerus and radius-ulna bones in Pomeranian.

Pomeranian, 5 years old, male, weighing 7.65 kilograms.

There is a history of old fractures for more than 2 years. The distal end of the humerus in the left forelimb has a comminuted old fracture, the middle segment of the radius and ulna in the left forelimb has a comminuted old fracture, and the bones in the left forelimb have osteoporosis. It is decided to undergo internal fixation surgery treatment.

During the operation, BlueSAOPRCL® - 6.5mm pure titanium locking bone plate and pull-through screws were used for internal fixation. At the fracture site,the new product BlueSAO 3D printed artificial synthetic bone particles were added to stimulate bone generation and healing. The operation was completed successfully.
