A American Shorthaircat, named Dingdang, one year and three months old, 4kg, fell down from the building, caused a rupture of cranial cruciate ligament. When we did the drawer test, we found that his joint was very mobile and had obvious pain. Rupture of cranial cruciate ligamentcan cause instability of the knee joint. So we did a TPLO surgery with BlueSAO T-shape locking plate of PRCL-S5mm system to offset the forward shear stress by rotating the tibial plateau.
