A German Shepherd, 9 months old, female, 21kg, hit by a car ten days ago, caused a tibial open comminuted fracture, the master bandaged the wound by himself at home and the wound festeredbefore the dogbroughtto the hospital.
Because of the open infectious fracture, so we fixed it by using the BlueSAO HyProtect-PRCL antimicrobial plasma coating locking plate. The antimicrobial plasma coatings come from German Bio-Gate company. This antimicrobial plasma coating can release Ag+(silver ion)in body more than 100 days for resisting infection.
