A cat, 8 months old, male, 3.5kg, fell down from a high place, caused an open fracture of bilateral tibia and fibula, fixed with BlueSAO HyProtect-PRCL- S6.5mm antimicrobial plasma coating locking plates＋Intramedullary pin. The cat recovered well after surgery and the wound was healed by first intention.
