A Pomeranian, 5 years old, male, 4.5kg, suffered from bilateral patellar luxation and degenerative osteoarthritis. The patellar groove disappeared. The clinical gradeof right legis level 4 and the patellacannot return to the patellar groove. The clinical gradeof left legis level 3. We did PGR surgery for the right leg by using BlueSAO PGR system and did trochlear deepening for the left leg. The surgery was completedsuccessfully.Hope the guy recovery soon！
