Old dislocation of the hip, with severe muscular dystrophy of the affected limb, hyperplasia of the acetabulum, no abnormality of the patella, no abnormality of the cranial cruciate ligament. Taking into account the severe muscular dystrophy of the affected limb, if the femoral head ostectomy surgery is performed, it will be difficult or even impossible to recover. Therefore, it is recommended to perform total hip replacement surgery.
