A cat, named Banli, one year and four months old, 5kg. The owner found that he suffered from lameness through the monitor. The X-ray showed that there are abnormalities in the right femoral head. He was diagnosed with old and slidingfracture of femoral epiphysis. We did THR surgery by using 3#stem,φ8mm(+0)mm head and φ12mm cup of BlueSAO Micro and Nano THR system. During the surgery ,we found that there were severe hyperplasia of femoral epiphysis and there were bone sclerosis in femoral neck. The surgery was completed successfully. Hope the guy recovery soon！
