A Golden Retriever, one year old, referred from another hospital. His knee joint was stiff and had severe inflammation. The X-ray showed that the distal femoral fracture was not completely reduced and the patella was adhered to the trochlea. During the surgery,we found that the patellar groove was disappeared.There are many callus around the knee joint and the implants.It took us about 40 minutes to remove the implants. It can't be repaired, so we did PGR surgery.
