A Poodle, 2 years old, female, 2.7kg, suffered from bilateral grade 4 patellar luxation for more than a year. Her muscles were severely atrophied. The patellar groove was incomplete. Her cartilage and trochlea were worn out.Her femur and tibia were not severely deformed. We did PGR surgery on right leg.Tomorrow, we will do PGR surgery on left leg.
