Repair Surgery for Carpal Joint Luxation in a Welsh Corgi Dog with S-VETOSS — Shenyang Agricultural University - Wellhope Animal Hospital

A Welsh Corgi dog, 7 years old, female, 12kg,suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and left forelimb carpal joint luxation. We did the surgery by using the BlueSAO PRCL®-5mm pure titanium locking plate for carpal joint fusion, and BlueSAO's S-VETOSS artificial bone imported from Canada was implanted to stimulate bone formation and healing. The surgery was completed successfully, and the dog is recovering well from the surgery. Best wishes for an early recovery.
