20250226- [Patellar Luxation + Rupture of Cranial Cruciate Ligament] A Bichon Frise, Fixed with PGR + TPLO-S Systems Successfully - Dr. Xia Ziwen

A bichon frise, 7.5 years old, female, 6.5kg,presented with instability and lameness in both hind limbs. The imaging diagnosis showed a rupture of cranial cruciate ligament of the right hind limb, and the drawer test result was positive, with Grade IV patellar luxation on the left and Grade III on the right. As such, we decided to perform TPLO and PGR surgeries on this dog. During the surgery, BlueSAO TPLO-5.5mm R-type pure titanium locking plate and 4# prosthesis of PGR system were used for internal fixation. The surgery was completed successfully.
