A Ragdoll cat, nickname: Nuomi, 5 years old, male (neutered), 4.8kg,suffered from hip dysplasia, severe joint wear and hyperplasia, and a flattened acetabulum. As such, we decided to perform a hip replacement surgery on this dog. Intraoperatively, we adopted a φ13mm PEEK cemented acetabular cup, a φ10mm+0 femoral head, and a #3 cemented femoral stem of BlueSAO Micro & Nano Bionic Hip Replacement System for replacement. The surgery was completed successfully, and the dog could walk freely 5 hours after the surgery, with an extremely fast recovery speed. Best wishes for an early recovery.

As one of the core principles of medical ethics, "First Do No Harm" emphasizes that medical actions should prioritize avoiding physical and mental harm to patients. A good surgical procedure must cause minimal damage to small animals.

There are always specific or special cases at any time, but we must never take these as the general treatment principles. We strive for clean total hip replacements with the least possible surgical damage and work hard to achieve pain-free joints for small animals.
