One month ago, the dog suddenly developed lameness in the left hind limb that did not improve, and has had a history of patellar luxation in the left limb since childhood, which was diagnosed as grade III medial patellar luxation in the left hind limb and cranial cruciate ligament injury. As such, we decided to perform PGR and TPLO.

Accurate preoperative planning was made by BlueSAO iBlueVet. During the surgery, the BlueSAO Biological PGR System with a press-fit biological #6 implantand TPLO-8.5mm L-type pure titanium locking plate were used for replacement and internal fixation.
