Due to the old pelvic fracture and the prolapse of the femoral head, the first choice was to reconstruct the round ligament of the hip joint, and after the operation, the artificial ligament rupture, resulting in the luxation of the femoral head again, and finally the decision to undergo hip replacement.

Intraoperative replacement was performed with Biolu Micro bionic cemented hip system, implant selection: 11mm PEEK cemented acetabular cup, 8mm 0 femoral head, #1.5 cement femoral stem. The surgery was successfully completed and I hope to recover soon!
